I've decided to leave deviantart. Over the past year or so I've become increasingly active on Flickr, both in terms of my more "artistic" output and simply sharing everyday photos with family and friends. I like that I can keep them all in one place there, and the uploading process is much faster than on DA.

I would like to be able to keep up both a DA page and a Flickr page but don't want to spend a lot of my inevitably limited free time uploading photographs to the internet; and, in light of the fact that I feel I can be more varied and faster with what I upload to Flickr, Flickr it is.

I'll miss DA and the contacts I've made here, please, if you have Flickr accounts, add me there [link] I won't delete this account as it serves as a good collection of images over the past 3 1/2 years but I won't be updating again.
